Line Cook 2 . Thompson Palm Springs is the desert’s most exciting destination tailored for influential locals and sophisticated globetrotters alike. Situated at the heart of the city’s iconic Palm Canyon Drive, the hotel offers a collection of 168 bungalow‑inspired guest rooms and suites coupled with our total event space of 8,000 square feet plus additional outdoor and unique spaces. Thompson Palm Springs also houses its own mainstay dining concept that will feed into the menus at two bespoke pools and accompanying lounges.

Organization Thompson Palm Springs offers state‑of‑the‑art fitness facilities, a first‑of‑its‑kind tasting room from HALL Napa Valley, and additional tenants to follow. Guests also have access to a 30,000‑square‑foot ground‑level retail space and a first‑of‑its‑kind tasting room featuring HALL Napa Valley.

Compensation This is a nonexempt hourly role. The budgeted rate for this role is $22.00. Decisions regarding individual hourly rates will be based on a number of factors including experience and education.

Qualifications

Requires fair communication skills.

Previous culinary experience required.

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.

Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Capable of performing repetitious duties.

Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
