$53,500 – $86,000 per year . Your actual compensation will be based on skills, experience, and market factors.

Location: Fully remote.
How You'll Make an Impact
Apply claims management experience to evaluate exposure, plan actions, and resolve claims.
Interact extensively with all parties involved in the claim process.
Provide exceptional customer service to claimants on behalf of clients.
Handle claims consistently with client and corporate policies, procedures, and standards.
Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner.
About You – Ideal Candidates
Claims background: Minimum 3 years adjusting a workers’ compensation desk, including lost time/indemnity and litigation.
Jurisdictional experience: Oregon.
Active adjuster’s license: Must have a state license.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers’ compensation claims.
Work in partnership with clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims process.
Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize tasks to serve clients and claimants efficiently.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma.
Minimum of 2 years related claims experience.
Appropriate license and/or certification for all states in which claims are handled.
Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
Computer experience with related claims and business software.
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree.
