We’re hiring a
Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist
to support our growing hiring needs by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across multiple open roles. This is a
fully remote talent acquisition / recruiting position
where you’ll help connect qualified people with meaningful career opportunities—while keeping the hiring process organized, efficient, and candidate-friendly.
If you enjoy finding talent on
LinkedIn, Indeed, and job boards , running quick phone screens, partnering with hiring managers, and keeping an ATS up to date, this role offers flexibility, structure, and clear room to grow into senior recruiting or HR.
Base pay range Monthly pay: $4,800–$5,800
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Proactively source candidates using
LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, social media, and professional networks
Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and determine next steps
Conduct brief
phone screenings
and document candidate responses in a clear, consistent format
Maintain candidate pipelines using
spreadsheets and/or an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Collaborate with hiring managers to align on role requirements, gather feedback, and coordinate interviews
Share accurate job details and respond to candidate questions with professionalism and clarity
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
Strong written and verbal communication with a friendly, confident phone presence
Experience sourcing talent using
LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar recruiting platforms
Comfortable tracking candidate data in
spreadsheets or ATS software
Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple open roles and priorities
Experience in recruiting, HR, customer service, or sales is a plus (not required)
100% remote with flexible hours
Paid onboarding and hands‑on training with recruiting tools and processes
Supportive, collaborative virtual team environment
Growth path into
