Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist (Fully Remote) | $4,800–$5,800/month

We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our
remote recruiting team . In this role, you’ll help power our hiring efforts by
sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates
across multiple open positions.
You’ll spend your time identifying great talent through platforms like
LinkedIn and job boards , reviewing resumes, running quick phone screens, updating hiring trackers/ATS, and partnering with hiring managers to move candidates smoothly through the process. If you’re organized, people-focused, and comfortable working across virtual tools, this is a strong opportunity with flexibility and real growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards (Indeed, etc.), professional networks, and social media.
Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and recommend next steps.
Conduct brief phone screens and document candidate responses in a consistent format.
Maintain candidate pipelines using spreadsheets and/or an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements, gather feedback, and coordinate interviews.
Share accurate job details and respond to candidate questions with clarity and professionalism.
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a confident, friendly phone presence.
Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar recruiting platforms.
Comfortable managing data, notes, and candidate stages in spreadsheets or ATS tools.
Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
Background in recruiting, HR, customer service, or sales is a plus (not required).
Monthly pay: $4,800–$5,800 (based on experience).
100% remote with flexible hours.
