Job Description:
This role supports the administration of employee benefits and leave programs. Depending on experience level, the position will focus on benefits coordination, workers’ compensation support, leave administration, reporting, and employee guidance. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support health and welfare benefit programs
Coordinate workers’ compensation documentation and follow-up
Assist with leave of absence processes and employee communications
Maintain accurate data within the HRIS and Excel-based reports
Support open enrollment, audits, and compliance activities
Serve as a resource for employee benefits questions
Qualifications
1–4 years of HR or benefits experience (level dependent)
Hands‑on exposure to benefits administration and open enrollment
Workers’ compensation or leave experience preferred
HRIS experience required (ADP strongly preferred)
Advanced Excel skills
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
Collaborative and supportive HR team
Strong growth and career development opportunities
