Compensation Base pay $50.00/hour ($100,000 annual salary). Weekly payment. Health benefits begin day one plus HSA/FSA and 401(k) Roth. Relocation assistance provided.

Responsibilities
Conduct adaptive reading workshops focused on phonics, fluency, and comprehension.
Create personalized gamified literacy benchmarks that motivate students.
Review student performance data, adjust instruction, and identify actionable trends.
Partner with engineering teams to assess and improve AI literacy platforms informed by classroom outcomes.
Build scalable, AI‑integrated curriculum that supports early elementary students in reaching grade‑level proficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent).
Minimum 2 years experience facilitating small‑group reading interventions for early elementary students.
Capable of assessing reading proficiency, organizing students into groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre‑written curricula.
Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and able to respond to student engagement patterns within those tools.
Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
Available to work on‑site at one of the listed locations.
Benefits Full‑time (40 hours weekly) position with immediate availability. Contractor of Record through Crossover. Weekly payment period.
