CLIENT SERVICES ANALYST, FCH - IT SERVICE DESK
Location: US: WI: Menomonee Falls at our Woodland Prime 400 facility. This job is REMOTE. FTE: 1. Standard Hours: 40. Shift: Shift 1. Shift Details: Monday‑Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, rotating on‑call every 9 weeks. Holidays: When on‑call.
Job Summary This position is responsible for helping end‑users who are having any computer related hardware or software problem for Froedtert & Community Health's Information Systems. Problems may be related to personal computing hardware, MS Windows desktop operating systems, MS Office products, miscellaneous client access software and a variety of other software programs. This position may also have responsibility for responding to questions regarding the functionality, performance and availability of business applications running on the hospitals' network.
Experience Three or more years of relevant Help Desk and customer service experience is required. Experience in hospital or healthcare setting is preferred.
Education Knowledge of computer/network principles at a level normally acquired through completion of an Associate degree in a relevant technology field or acquired through a combination of education and experience is required.
Special Skills
Broad knowledge of IT services, applications and infrastructure.
Working knowledge with computer skills utilizing and supporting Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems.
Professional interpersonal skills in communicating with all levels of hospital personnel, vendors and IT staff.
Strong analytical, documentation and problem solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Compensation, Benefits & Perks Pay is expected to be between $23.66 - $36.20 per hour, final compensation based on experience and discussed during the interview process.
