Summary AS THE BENEFITS COORDINATOR, YOU WILL PROVIDE EDUCATION AND ENROLLMENT SUPPORT FOR EMPLOYEES. UPDATE AND DISTRIBUTE BENEFIT INFORMATION TO EMPLOYEES AND RECRUITMENT OFFICE. RECONCILE ENROLLMENTS VERSUS CARRIER ROSTERS. VERIFY DOCUMENTATION OF ELIGIBILITY. ADMINISTER AND RECONCILE THE HSA ACCOUNTS. PROVIDE LEAVE-OF-ABSENCE GUIDANCE INCLUDING FMLA, PERSONAL LEAVES, AND STD AS WELL AS PREPARE INVOICING FOR THESE BENEFITS AS WELL AS OTHER OFFERED VOLUNTARY BENEFITS. ENSURE COBRA ENROLLMENTS ARE UPDATED TIMELY. ADDITIONALLY, THIS POSITION PROVIDES ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT AND REGULAR OFFICE COVERAGE FOR THE BENEFITS CENTER. THIS POSITION REQUIRES FLEXIBILITY TO REACT TO THE CHANGING NEEDS IN THE BENEFITS OFFICE. ASSIST THE BENEFITS MANAGER WITH LARGE PROJECTS WHEN NEEDED AND OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.

Qualifications

HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA REQUIRED. ASSOCIATES DEGREE IN BUSINESS/HR PREFERRED.

BENEFITS KNOWLEDGE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE

EXPERIENCE WITH MICROSOFT OFFICE SUITE, STRONG ORGANIZATION AND PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS, COMMUNICATION
