What You Will Do

Polish, deburr, size and finish aerospace metals such as aluminum, stainless steel, cobalt, and nickel alloys to exact specifications.

Create flawless surface finishes, removing scratches, burrs, and imperfections while maintaining dimensional integrity.

Work with a variety of hand and power tools, particularly hand grinders.

Follow work instructions and complete quality paperwork as required.

Inspect surface finishes and dimensions using micrometers, calipers, height stands, and visual inspection tools.

Keep the work area clean and organized and follow all safety procedures.

Work as part of a collaborative team to build quality products you’re proud to put your name on.

Experience and Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.

Strong attention to detail, pride in craftsmanship, and a safety‑first mindset.
