Responsibilities
Present apartment homes and community amenities to prospective residents in a
professional, polished, and persuasive manner
Deliver a
luxury-level tour experience , highlighting upscale finishes, amenities, and lifestyle benefits
Assist ownership and management in identifying and securing qualified residents
Market the community using
all available marketing tools , including digital platforms and social media
Evaluate prospects' needs, lifestyle preferences, and financial qualifications to provide personalized presentations
Maintain expert knowledge of floor plans, features, pricing, and competitive market trends
Demonstrate strong knowledge of the
local Class A multifamily market
Validate application information, references, and required documentation
Negotiate lease terms and accurately complete leasing agreements
Stay current on market conditions, pricing strategies, and competitor offerings
Ensure the community meets company and luxury standards through regular inspections of the property and model units
Must be willing to work
weekends , as this is a key leasing time
Skills & Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills with a
hospitality-focused mindset
Minimum of 1 year of leasing experience in the multifamily industry (Class A or luxury community experience strongly preferred)
Fair Housing certified (preferred, but not required - training provided)
Proven success in sales, closing techniques, and relationship building
Tech-savvy with strong computer and property management software skills
Creative and knowledgeable in marketing, including digital and social media platforms
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Professional, energetic, outgoing, and team-oriented demeanor
High level of personal accountability, reliability, and professionalism
Driven, goal-oriented, and motivated to succeed in a performance-based environment
