Digital Content Designer

to support digital content creation across a portfolio of

six unique brands , spanning both B2C and B2B audiences.

This role blends design and digital marketing execution. The Digital Content Designer will produce visual assets for email, websites, paid and organic social, and digital ads—designing

channel‑specific creative that is optimized for how customers consume content on each platform.

They will collaborate closely with the Marketing & Creative Strategist to ensure each brand’s visual identity, tone, and personality are consistent and effective across all customer touchpoints.

This is a full‑time, on‑site position in Richmond, VA with opportunities for skill development in design, video, digital marketing, and brand stewardship.

Key Responsibilities Digital Design & Channel‑Specific Content

Design digital assets for

six brands , maintaining distinct brand standards, tone, and visual identity

Create platform‑optimized content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and paid social

Produce

email‑ready design assets

(modules, banners, CTAs, GIFs/light motion elements) tailored to campaign goals

Assist in building emails in drag‑and‑drop editors (HubSpot) with a focus on layout, usability, and conversion performance

Design graphics, homepage hero images, promotional assets, and landing page modules for Shopify storefronts

Create

short‑form video and motion graphics

for social and paid media use (Reels/TikTok preferred)

Adapt creative into multiple formats, ratios, and placements to support A/B testing and channel performance

Marketing Collaboration & Execution

Partner with marketing leads to interpret briefs, understand campaign objectives, and execute on‑brand deliverables

Participate in brainstorming for seasonal promotions, product launches, and brand campaigns

Collaborate with the Social Media and E‑Commerce teams to ensure assets support channel KPIs (engagement, CTR, revenue)

Maintain an organized asset library, templates, and brand toolkits for efficient content reuse

Attend weekly planning meetings, campaign reviews, and seasonal creative walkthroughs

Brand & Audience Stewardship

Learn and uphold the

unique look, feel, and voice

of each of Evergreen’s six brands

Understand key customer personas and adjust content style accordingly (B2B vs. D2C)

Ensure visuals align with brand guidelines while continuously improving clarity, accessibility, and engagement

Support quality control and accuracy checks before publishing or handoff.
