Accounts Payable Specialist: Multi-Subsidiary & High-Volume

A multi-subsidiary organization seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist to oversee daily, month-end, and year-end payment processes. Responsibilities include maintaining vendor records, processing payments, reconciling accounts, and managing invoices with little supervision. A successful candidate will be highly organized and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. The role requires 2+ years of accounts payable experience, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and ideally knowledge of Sage Intacct.
