Responsibilities / Skills / Experience Requirements
Drive to multiple customers' homes daily to diagnose and repair appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves.
Deliver excellent customer experience exceeding expectations.
Provide value‑added solutions for customers.
Maintain company truck well‑organized and manage parts efficiently.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED.
EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
Mechanical knowledge and aptitude with testing & repair tools.
Experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances preferred.
Ability to follow directions & processes for quality workmanship.
Smartphone proficiency.
Successfully pass background & drug screen.
Valid driver’s license for the operating state(s).
Ability to travel up to 100%.
Ability to work variable and flexible hours, including overtime.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English.
Physical ability to lift, carry, push, pull up to 100 lbs, bend, squat, kneel, twist, stand, walk, type.
Able to drive automatic transmission vehicle.
Experience 1–2 years experience.
Travel Requirements Road Warrior (75% or more).
