Responsibilities
Drive to multiple customers’ homes daily to diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves).
Deliver an excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations consistently.
Provide customers with value‑added solutions to improve their home’s cleanliness, comfort, and protection.
Keep company truck well‑maintained, organized, and manage parts efficiently.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of testing and repair tools.
Experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances preferred.
Ability to follow directions and processes for quality workmanship.
Comfortable using a smartphone for part ordering.
Successfully pass a background and drug screen.
Valid driver’s license for the state(s) in which you work.
Ability to travel up to 100% and work variable, flexible hours, including required overtime.
Ability to read, understand, and apply technical written text; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Physical capabilities: lift/carry up to 20 lbs frequently, 50 lbs often, and 100 lbs occasionally; bend, squat, kneel, twist, and pull up to 100 lbs.
Ability to drive an automatic transmission vehicle.
Travel Requirements Road Warrior (75% or more).
