Qualifications
Administrative skills including organization, time management, and document management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, and project teams
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenges with professionalism
Proficiency with office software
Previous experience in construction, restoration, or a similar industry is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or relevant training is preferred
