Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr – $70,000.00/yr
What You Will Do
Provide onsite and remote support for Microsoft core business applications and client environments
Support workstations, servers, networking equipment, printers, ISP hardware, and third‑party applications
Handle escalated help‑desk issues and serve as a senior point of support for end users
Build and deploy desktops and laptops
Assist with network and hardware deployments as part of project initiatives
Support onboarding and off‑boarding of client employees
Work within a ticketing system to document work and track resolution
Experience and Skills Required
Two or more years of MSP experience in a help desk, onsite support, or systems support role
Strong hands‑on experience supporting Windows desktops and laptops
Working knowledge of Microsoft environments and end‑user support
Experience using ConnectWise or a similar PSA or ticketing platform
Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with clients
Ability to work independently while representing the MSP brand
Compensation and Benefits
