What You'll Do
Support the Detail Manager with daily department operations
Supervise and guide detailers, washers, and reconditioners
Maintain efficient workflow for vehicle check‑in, deliveries, and lot management
Manage inventory and supplies responsibly
Maintain quality control and safety standards
Assist with detailing as needed
What You'll Bring
3+ years of automotive detailing or reconditioning experience
Strong leadership, organization, and time‑management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment
Flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
High School Diploma or GED (college degree a plus)
