About The Role A growing real estate organization in the Orlando area is seeking a Controller to lead property-level accounting for its portfolio. This position plays a key role in overseeing accounting operations and supporting leadership with accurate financial reporting.

Supervise and develop accounting staff while improving processes and reporting consistency
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of experience in property or real estate accounting
Experience working with Yardi or RealPage
