Seasonal Credentialed Bilingual Tax Advisor - CPA - Work From Home
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products, providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answers to customers using everyday language.
Act as a virtual, customer‑facing representative, using video communication software to interact with customers and documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws; active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
Excellent customer service skills and excitement to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You Need
Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation and Benefits Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. Base pay ranges by location as shown below:
Bay Area, California: $28.80–$36.50
Southern California: $28.80–$36.50
Colorado: $27.50–$34.80
Hawaii: $28.80–$36.50
Illinois: $27.50–$34.80
Maryland: $27.50–$34.80
Massachusetts: $28.80–$36.50
Minnesota: $24.80–$30.30
New Jersey: $28.80–$36.50
New York: $28.80–$36.50
Ohio: $24.80–$30.30
Vermont: $27.50–$34.80
Washington: $28.80–$36.50
Washington DC: $28.80–$36.50
