Job Description This is a contract position. In this pivotal role, you will frequently apply your experience in talent advisement, quickly establish yourself as an expert to business partners, and guide qualified candidates seamlessly through our recruitment process.
Responsibilities
Energetically cultivate relationships with managers at various levels to find and deliver exceptional candidates.
Execute a flawless recruitment process while continuously improving it.
Advise managers and leaders on market trends, tactics, and competitive analysis to develop customized hiring approaches at scale.
Maintain focus on sourcing the strongest candidates and shepherd their hiring experience with passion and grace.
Represent the CLEAResult brand proudly in all interactions, including candidate vetting, vendor partnership, and collaborations with other organizations.
Support members of the Recruiting team.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with other People Team members to guide our mission forward.
Qualifications
Over 3 years of progressive recruitment experience.
Track record of navigating sourcing and recruiting obstacles.
Rapid proficiency in Workday and other business platforms; experience with Paradox is a major differentiator.
Affinity for data and its application in success.
Knowledge of labor market and current trends.
Relentless desire to learn and grow professionally.
Compensation $35 - $45 per hour, paid hourly.
