Overview Already Autism Health is seeking an Operations Manager to provide supervisory and administrative duties to ensure the ABA therapy clinic runs efficiently. The role includes administrative supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and collaboration with RCM, Credentialing, Intake & Admissions, and Board‑Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the clinic
Schedule staff and clients within predetermined block schedules
Recruit, hire, and onboard local staff
Provide administrative support for the Clinic Manager and BCBA(s)
Manage employee and client relations within the center
Ensure financial health of the clinic based on key performance indicators
Maintain a safe and effective facility
Open and close the clinic each day
Supervise administrative staff and clinicians’ daily operations to ensure employee and patient satisfaction
Provide mentorship and career development to staff, including 1:1 meetings and performance management
Schedule all clients and staff to meet scheduled hours and minimum billing requirements
Partner with the Clinic Manager to achieve high client and staff satisfaction scores
Track data and prepare management reports (e.g., client list, contract fulfillment, billable percentages, timesheets, turnover, applicant tracking, P&L)
Support set‑up of activities, including material creation for group activities and assistance with location materials for programs
Facilitate prompt check‑in/check‑out processes for clients and staff
Cover canceled appointments using available center RBTs
Notify BCBA of coverage changes and adjust RBT schedules as needed
Assist RCM, Credentialing, and Intake/Admission Departments with authorization management, provider credentialing, and client admissions
Serve as a Behavioral Technician, providing direct care in clinic or home settings as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required
Prior supervisory experience required
RBT or BCaBA certification preferred
