What You’ll Do As a Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall performance of your store — from daily operations to leading your team and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities
Hire, train, and manage store employees
Schedule shifts and ensure full store coverage
Lead by example and build a positive, respectful team culture
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly
Maintain clean, organized, and safe store conditions
Monitor and order inventory; ensure product freshness and rotation
Track sales, control expenses, and drive profitability
Complete back-office tasks, daily cash handling, and PDI reporting
Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required
2+ years of retail or convenience store management experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Positive attitude and ability to motivate a team
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
