Your Role The HR Onboarding Coordinator works with People Experience leadership to execute transactional onboarding processes and ensure new hires are set up for success from offer acceptance through day one.
Process all onboarding procedures from offer letter to day one.
Complete all pre-hire processing in respective systems.
Serve as the point of contact for new hires to provide onboarding updates.
Check status of applications and add notes into the application tracking system of communications with candidates.
Facilitate the onboarding process by collecting and verifying new hire documentation.
Create and maintain employee files in accordance with company standards.
Ensure timely and accurate entry of employee data into appropriate systems.
Coordinate provisioning of tools, equipment, and system access for new hires.
Communicate onboarding timelines and expectations to People Experience Leadership.
Monitor onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding items.
Support compliance with onboarding policies and procedures.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service or data entry role.
Minimum 1 year experience with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
High school diploma or equivalent.
