Oil & Gas Attorney – San Antonio
We are a nationally respected energy litigation firm opening an office in San Antonio. We are seeking an experienced Oil & Gas Attorney with more than 10 years of practice to join our team. The position may be considered at the Of Counsel or Partner level and welcomes candidates willing to relocate for the right opportunity.
Compensation:
$200,000 – $300,000 base (DOE) + performance‑based bonuses ($50,000 – $100,000 typical range).
10+ years of proven experience as an Oil & Gas Attorney, focusing on litigation and disputes within the energy sector.
Extensive first‑chair trial experience, including jury trials, bench trials, and arbitrations.
Background representing clients in complex oil and gas matters such as royalty litigation, lease disputes, joint operating agreements, and upstream/midstream contract disputes.
Ability to independently manage cases from intake through trial or resolution.
Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar (or eligible for immediate waiver/admission).
