Our client, a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Nashville, is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience handling complex commercial and business disputes.

Base pay range $185,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

Responsibilities:
Handle a range of commercial litigation matters from initial case assessment through trial or resolution.
Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
Develop and execute litigation strategies in coordination with senior attorneys and clients.
Provide thoughtful, business-oriented legal advice to clients.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Active Tennessee Bar license in good standing.
Minimum of 3 years of commercial litigation experience.
Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
A proactive approach to client service and teamwork.

Salary range:
$165,000-$250,000 annually + performance bonuses
