WBE Certified Tara@BooseyWilson.com We are working with a boutique law firm in the Brentwood, TN area, looking to add an experienced Litigation Attorney with a strong background in commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will manage complex disputes, work closely with clients, and play an integral role in case strategy from inception through resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Handle all phases of commercial litigation matters, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
Conduct legal research and provide strategic case analysis
Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams
Qualifications
Active license to practice law in Tennessee
At least 3 years of experience in commercial litigation
Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
Experience handling complex business disputes
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently
Trial and/or arbitration experience is a plus
Must be open to working onsite
