Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr Responsibilities

Oversee the preparation of all financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and reports on changes in financial position. Develop, coordinate, and lead the annual budget process, including the review and analysis of budget proposals and financial planning. Analyze company's financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs, and compliance with budgets. Issue regular status and ad hoc reports to senior management. Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision‑making issues affecting the organization; i.e., evaluation of potential alliances, acquisitions and/or mergers, and pension funds and investments. Optimize the handling of banking relationships and initiate appropriate strategies to enhance cash positions. Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism that includes minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs. Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state, and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting. Evaluate and advise on the impact of long‑range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies, and regulatory action. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance role with a proven track record of success (preferably in the health care space). Comprehensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns. Strong understanding of economic and banking processes. Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting, and cost control principles, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections. Working knowledge of short and long‑term budgeting and forecasting, rolling budgets, and product‑line profitability analysis. Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects. Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results‑orientation.
