Family Law Paralegal – Dallas, TX (In-office) Family Law Firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our dynamic Dallas team. We handle high-net-worth divorces, contested custody matters, property agreements, protective orders, mediation, and courtroom proceedings. You’ll assist in drafting pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, motions, managing e‑filing, and preparing exhibits for hearings.
What You Bring:
3–5+ years of Texas family law paralegal experience
Proficient in e‑FileTexas, Westlaw, Centerbase, MS Office, Word, Adobe, Word Perfect, Practice Panther is a plus
Strong writing, organizational, procedural and communication skills
