About the Opportunity Insure Technology is partnering with a fast-growing, highly strategic financial services organization to identify a Financial & Strategic Reporting Associate to join its Corporate Development and Strategic Finance function.
This is a high‑visibility, analytically rigorous role that sits at the center of the company’s financial reporting and decision‑support engine. The individual will work closely with Corporate Development leadership, the CFO, Controller, and Executive Management Team, supporting board reporting, M&A analysis, capital raising initiatives, and enterprise‑wide KPI and performance reporting.

What You’ll Do
Build and maintain financial, operational, and strategic dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight, or similar platforms
Design scalable KPI reporting frameworks used for executive reviews, board meetings, and investor reporting
Translate raw financial and operational data into clear, intuitive visual insights for leadership decision‑making
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting outputs
Support forecasting, pipeline analysis, operational performance tracking, and strategic planning initiatives
Executive & Board‑Level Reporting
Prepare polished, board‑ready charts, exhibits, and analytical slides in PowerPoint
Consolidate inputs from Finance, Corporate Development, Operations, Product, Capital Markets, and Risk teams
Support preparation of materials for board meetings, executive leadership reviews, and strategic planning sessions
Corporate Development & M&A Support
Assist with financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market research for acquisition opportunities
Support competitor benchmarking, market mapping, and regulatory analysis
Build analytical materials for investment cases, LOIs, term sheets, and transaction decks
Coordinate diligence processes by preparing schedules, organizing data requests, and supporting data room readiness
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages
Support the Controller with reconciliations, audit documentation, schedules, and accounting analysis
Partner with the CFO on forecasting, cash flow modeling, variance analysis, margin analytics, and KPI reviews
Support GAAP reporting, regulatory requirements, and internal control processes
Build forecasting models and scenario analysis tools to support budgeting and long‑range planning
Strategic & Operational Insights
Develop analytics tied to volume trends, operational performance, pipeline health, and revenue drivers
Support cross‑functional teams with quantitative insights related to operational efficiency and strategic initiatives
Prepare recurring analytical summaries and performance updates for executive leadership
Assist in preparing investor presentations, financial exhibits, and strategic narratives
Support reporting packages used in capital raise processes
Assist with cap table maintenance and due diligence data preparation
What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field
1–4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, audit, consulting, capital markets analytics, or strategic reporting
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Solid understanding of GAAP fundamentals, financial statements, forecasting, and variance analysis
Highly detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SQL and/or BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight, or similar
Exposure to capital markets, mortgage finance, or structured finance environments
Prior experience partnering with a CFO, Controller, or senior finance leadership
