POSITION OVERVIEW Guitar Center champions creativity and innovation, supporting both musicians and non‑musicians to experience the joy of music. The Operations Associate supports this mission by managing shipping, receiving, and merchandising tasks to ensure a great customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Inventory control tasks.
Shipping and receiving of gear and other items.
Cycle counting of inventory (preparation and execution).
Stocking and merchandising to planograms.
Printing and placement of signage and price signs (POP).
Shrink awareness and control.
Additional duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work in a loud environment for 5–8 hours.
Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
