Responsibilities of Business Office Manager
Record cash receipts in the proper account.
Maintain necessary billing and financial information in resident files.
Maintain resident trust accounts and balances monthly.
Work efficiently, and communicate with corporate billers.
Coordinate all collection efforts in collaboration with the nursing home Administrator.
Maintain accurate records of incoming payments with addresses, telephone numbers, etc.; explain bills to residents as necessary and maintain appropriate back‑up records.
Maintain system for recording accounts receivables.
Knowledge of reimbursement system, allowable services and documentation required to ensure accurate billing.
Maintain confidentiality of all information.
Maintain effective communication with residents, families, facility staff and business office staff members.
Work with residents to qualify for Medicaid.
Qualifications
High school diploma.
Previous Business Office Management experience.

Waukesha, WI: $50,000.00–$70,000.00
