Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greenwood, SC, for a Doula Program Coordinator. The Doula Program Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Doula program, including developing, implementing, and evaluating program initiatives. The role includes oversight of program staff, providing training and support to doulas, and ensuring high-quality customer service for clients and families. The coordinator will also be tasked with administrative duties to maintain program effectiveness and consistency with organizational goals.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Program Management and Program Development to plan, implement, and oversee the Doula program

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and team members

Experience in Project Management to ensure coordinated and timely delivery of program initiatives

Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills

Experience in hospice or palliative care is preferred but not required

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is an advantage
