Our Downtown Miami Hotel is next to one of the trendiest neighborhoods in Miami, known as Brickell. Our iconic white towers overlook the Miami River and our ideal downtown location puts you steps from the Miami Riverwalk, Bayfront Park, and close to the Port of Miami and the Kaseya Center (formerly FTX Arena). For a day of shopping, our hotel is near Brickell City Centre. Or, explore Little Havana and tour the Frost Museum of Science.
The Assistant Operations Manager will have oversight and responsibility within the hotel operations. Additional responsibilities may include training, staff development and scheduling. The Assistant Operations Manager must have strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
Refined verbal and written communication skills
Minimum of one year previous supervisory experience preferred
Ability to work a flexible schedule. Ability to work OVERNIGHT, AM or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends
