Job Overview General merchandise associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer’s wants and needs. They also ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide assistance on the sales floor.
Recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs.
Maintain and arrange Hobbies & Home Improvement displays.
Perform paint mixing and fabric cutting as required.
Compensation Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $28.00/hr. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives, premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
Employment Type Part‑time. Available shifts: opening, morning.
