What You’ll Do
Support strategy development to exceed financial goals.
Deliver an energetic omni‑channel sales floor experience that builds brand connection, customer engagement, and sales.
Focus on building client relationships and community engagement to attract repeat and new customers.
Motivate and measure performance of Crew Leads and Crew to increase profitability.
Mentor Crew Leads, facilitating their growth via transparent, candid communication.
Educate crew on product information and brand initiatives to enhance the customer experience, driving sales.
Create an environment fostering open respect and feedback between Crew and headquarters.
Recruit and network to maintain a talent pool for open positions.
Evaluate store operations for opportunities to boost efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Support store merchandising to reflect current themes, brand initiatives, and local customer needs.
DOR Overview In addition to core responsibilities, you will take on a Division of Responsibility (DOR). DORs rotate so leaders gain proficiency in all areas.

Requirements
1+ year retail supervisor experience (or equivalent) in similar volume.
Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and virtual video platforms knowledge.
Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
Inventory management and merchandising abilities.
Analytical and problem‑solving skills.Time management and prioritization.
Commitment to career growth of self and others.
Preferred Experience in Social Media Experience leveraging social media for brand engagement is preferred.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, move for extended periods, and bend, reach, carry, and sometimes climb ladders.
Lift up to 40 pounds (except for accommodations).
Availability for holidays, nights, and weekends.
