Primary Responsibilities
Provide financial oversight of sales and profit goals, including payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and other key company initiatives.
Demonstrate Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors in providing exceptional Associate and Customer service experiences; ensure all company standards are consistently demonstrated.
Execute on company strategies for merchandising, store standards, seasonal transition planning, and inventory processes to meet operational goals and expectations.
Act as a talent grower by coaching, training, developing, evaluating, supervising, and scheduling store associates to meet business and staffing budgets.
Maintain proper security of the store location and all company assets.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 3 years’ retail management experience with a mid– to large‑size retailer.
Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and regular seasonal hours.
Must have a valid Driver’s license.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
Ability to stand for extended periods and work safely.
