Responsibilities
Provide financial oversight of all sales and profit goals, including payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and other key company initiatives.
Demonstrate Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors and consistently maintain company standards in all associate and customer interactions.
Execute company strategies for merchandising, store standards, seasonal transition planning, and inventory processes to meet operational goals and expectations.
Serve as a talent grower by coaching, training, developing, evaluating, supervising, and scheduling store associates.
Maintain proper security of the store location and all company assets.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 3 years’ retail management experience with a mid‑to‑large size retailer.
Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and seasonal periods on a regular basis.
Valid driver’s license required.
Physical Requirements
Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Push and pull up to 35 pounds.
Stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner.
