Skills And Abilities
Able to communicate calmly with teenagers (not escalated).
Comfortable working in a school culture (teachers, admin, parents).
Reliable and stable (no no‑shows; consistent presence).
Willing to use verbal de‑escalation first, not physical force.
Ability to obtain the necessary clearances to work in a school.
What You’ll Do
Support a safe learning environment by monitoring hallways and common areas.
Help de‑escalate student conflicts under the guidance of experienced supervisors.
Work closely with school administrators and counselors.
Document incidents and contribute to school safety planning.

Currently enrolled or recent graduate of Criminal Justice, Social Work, Psychology, Education, or similar degree program.
