Job Overview Position: Plumbing Helper (Full‑time) Salary: $21 – $25 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of pipes, fixtures, and water, drainage, and gas systems
Prepare and organize tools, materials, and equipment for daily tasks
Measure, cut, thread, and assemble pipes and fittings under supervision
Help identify and troubleshoot plumbing issues
Maintain a clean and safe work area on job sites
Load, unload, and transport materials to and from work locations
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Perform other general labor duties as assigned
Qualifications
Experience with hand tools or construction preferred, but not required
Willingness to learn and take direction from senior plumbers
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying environments
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team‑oriented mindset
