ABOUT THE ROLE This is an entry level, full-time position and is 100% onsite. This is a generalist role that is responsible for many tasks across different departments, and as a result, requires excellent teamwork, communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Responsibilities include taking sales, customer service, shipping and returns, and data entry. This role is a great opportunity to learn about the operations of TVON and the jewelry industry at large and springboard into more advanced roles at TVON.

RESPONSIBILITIES You will work alongside our team to accomplish the following tasks:

SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE

Assist customers through the order process over the phone by ensuring accurate order details and answering questions about merchandise and company policies

Address customer questions, concerns, and requests over the phone, email, and text message regarding merchandise, orders, returns, and in transit shipments

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Process outbound customer orders including generating shipping labels and packing shipments

Maintain accurate record of order fulfillment statuses and package tracking information in company database

Process inbound customer returns including unboxing packages and processing paperwork

DATA ENTRY

Input and update specifications and pictures of new and existing products in company database

REQUIREMENTS

Provide own transportation to and from the office

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Professional and respectful demeanor towards co-workers and customers

Proficient in word processing and spreadsheets (e.g., Google Docs, Google Sheets)

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment

Real-time critical thinking and problem solving skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

SCHEDULE This is a full-time position for 40 hours per week. Exact work hours will be discussed during the interview process. Our hours of operation are as follows:

Sunday 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Monday 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Tuesday 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Thursday 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Friday 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Saturday 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
