General Statement of Duties To develop principles of fair play, a sense of confidence, and self-discipline through the development and extension of various hockey related skills as provided by interscholastic competition.
Essential Duties
Assist the head coach in the organization of the overall hockey program.
Assist in the supervision of student-athletes during daily practices and at games.
Prepares players both physically and mentally for interscholastic competition through practice, teaching of fundamental skills, and knowledge of rules.
Assists in the cleaning, storage, and proper care of all team equipment.
Minimum Qualifications
Prior experience in the sport referenced above required.
Prior coaching experience preferred.
