Your role as a Dietary Supervisor
Oversee daily operations of the dietary department ensuring high-quality meal service
Supervise, train, and schedule dietary staff
Ensure compliance with nutritional guidelines, safety, and sanitation standards
Monitor inventory and manage food supply orders
Support a welcoming dining experience for residents while respecting individual preferences
Who we’re looking for
A Dietary Supervisor with previous supervisory experience in food service (healthcare setting preferred)
Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to food service in healthcare
ServSafe certification required
Compassionate, caring, and focused on providing excellent resident service
A team-oriented individual with strong communication and leadership skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to improving the lives of others
