They immerse themselves in meaningful connections with our customers, building new and deepening existing relationships. Their expertise in uncovering customers’ needs fuels a passion to educate, demonstrate and recommend device and service solutions.
What you’ll do in your role?
Demonstrate how to help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in‑store.
Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in‑store.
Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals, overseeing all store functions from sales and inventory to new store programs and initiatives.
Sell personalized solutions beyond the bare‑bones device and service plan to keep customers connected to the lifestyle they love.
Keep the store at its best.
Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty and empathy.
Become proficient in digital tools to enhance interactions and onboarding: cover expanding coverage, plan benefits, device/account inspection, review and troubleshooting.
Complete trainings on in‑store experience, new skills, processes, systems and reference resources.
Build relationships with employees across channels to collectively own the customer experience, resolve issues and identify small business leads.
Develop strong peer relationships and hold accountability for the company’s success.
Enjoy a good time while providing first‑class customer experience.

High school degree or GED
