Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Loan Officer role based in Spokane, WA. The Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating, authorizing, or recommending approval of loan applications. Daily tasks include meeting with clients to understand their financial needs, analyzing their financial information, verifying loan documents, and ensuring compliance with lending regulations. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships and fostering new business opportunities. Qualifications
Proficiency in evaluating loan applications and assessing financial eligibility Experience in customer relationship management and delivering personalized financial solutions Strong attention to detail, analytical abilities, and knowledge of lending regulations Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively Familiarity with financial software and technology tools is advantageous Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is a plus Seniority level
