Outside Sales Representative

The ideal candidate will prospect and generate new commercial business as well as perform cold calls in the field to generate new permanent sales. This candidate should be able to network with business owners and decision makers to open the doors and get our team in the door to evaluate and generate proposals for these individuals.

Responsibilities

Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business

Attend and represent the company at networking events

Effectively demonstrate company services

Meet established goals for territory development and sales quotas

Qualifications

Experience in lead generation for sales with strong track record of success

Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies

Strong presentation, and negotiation skills

Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals

Valid US driver’s license

Able to pass a WV CARES background check

Reliable transportation

This position has a base salary but heavily commissioned with no limit on income for successful closed sales.
