Job Summary This Account Executive – Migrations role will develop and maintain favorable relationships with existing customers to identify clients whose needs necessitate migrating to new, upgraded public administration platforms within CentralSquare Technologies’ suite of software solutions. The role also ensures the achievement of strategic sales objectives for a specific region or territory.

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain a high‑performance sales pipeline; create and nurture a positive and professional image in the Public Administration industry.

Utilize solutions‑selling strategies to determine client needs and communicate effectively within the sector.

Travel to client sites, attend conferences/trade shows, conduct discovery sessions, and coordinate demonstrations for potential clients.

Document sales activity with prospective clients using the company’s CRM (Salesforce.com); manage sales opportunities, activities, and pipeline.

Work with Pricing Managers and Sales Directors to produce contracts and develop quotes with potential clients.

Conduct competitive research and keep knowledge of competitor products up to date.

What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field

3–5 years of technical or software field sales and integration experience

Knowledge of project management, team building, budgeting, and solutions selling

Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software

Knowledge of Salesforce a plus

Regular use of mobile devices in a sales context

Experience with large volume sales, preferably of software applications or comparable advanced technology products/services

Customer service or support experience a plus

Proven attention to detail and thorough documentation

Polished presentation skills

Consistent sales track record meeting or exceeding quota

Travel: up to 50%
