What You Will Be Doing
Facilitate the processing and management of agency records within electronic content and microfilm repositories.
Prepare and process physical, microfilm, and electronic documents/records.
Perform file manipulation and information management within a production‑oriented environment.
Maintain exceptional attention to detail and handle repetitive tasks with precision and consistency.
Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet the agency’s records‑management goals.
Minimum Qualifications
One year of general clerical experience that includes keyboarding, word processing, or similar document generation; OR
Equivalent combination of experience and college coursework or training in a general office occupation.
