Inside Sales Manager – Build, Lead & Scale a High-Performance Team
Location: Chantilly, VA (On-Site)
Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr
Job Description PayTech Trust is a fast-growing payments company processing $1B+ annually, supporting complex, multi-location clients with consultative, high-touch solutions. We’re scaling fast (20–40% growth year over year) and building a world-class inside sales organization — and we need a hands‑on, high‑energy leader to take it to the next level.
This role is 80% leadership / 20% hands‑on execution — perfect for someone who loves to step in, model the call, and win with their team.
What You’ll Lead & Own
Lead and grow an inside sales team (current 4 → scaling to 8–10)
Own outbound strategy, inbound support, pipeline creation & appointment setting
Coach, mentor, and hold the team accountable to excellence
Build scripts, talk tracks, objection frameworks & best practices
Partner closely with Marketing + Enterprise Sales to execute campaigns
Strengthen relationships with software and banking partners
Foster a culture of performance, positivity, discipline, and growth
Qualifications
3+ years leading sales or call‑center teams
5+ years in B2B sales
Strong communication, presence & leadership grit
Proven consultative selling success
Hunter mindset + coaching resilience & persistence
Experience building outbound scripts / playbooks
CRM & data‑driven leadership discipline
Thrives in fast‑growth, high‑change environments
Bonus Points If You Have
POS, payment gateway or PCI familiarity
Software / channel partner background
Compensation & Benefits
Base:
$75,000–$85,000
Residual income opportunity (“annuity” upside)
W2 or 1099 flexibility
Location:
On‑site | Chantilly, VA
Schedule:
Mon–Fri | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
