Overview Position: Telemetry Registered Nurse
Location: Telemetry Department, Taylor Regional Hospital, Kentucky
Schedule: Part‑time position – Nights
Responsibilities
Ensures optimal patient care.
Communicates and educates effectively to patients on the level of understanding their process and discharge.
Maintains accurate patient records and documentation.
Supports a conductive work environment and recognizes emergent situations.
Follows HIPAA compliance.
Competent in nursing skills and personally responsible and reliable.
Follows all safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
Administers medications and therapies in accordance with the RN Nurse Practice Act and TRH policies.
Proficient recognizing cardiac rhythms and understanding advanced airway support and ventilation assistance.
Competent with advanced monitoring equipment.
What We’re Looking For
Associate degree required.
Valid KY RN license.
At least 6 months experience preferred.
Strong communication skills.
Maintain accurate and concise documentation.
Frequent bending, standing, and walking.
Lift over 50 lbs.
Requirements ✅ BLS required through American Heart Association – renewals are included with TRH employment.
⚡ ACLS required – renewals are included with TRH employment.
