Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Lighthouse Autism Center – Kearney location.
Full‑time position.
Responsibilities
Utilize your expertise to deliver one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children ranging from 18 months to school age.
Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized therapy plans.
Apply your creativity and advanced techniques in our play‑based and naturalistic therapy environment.
Guide children's progress in educational and social settings, preparing them for successful transitions.
Document and track each child's development, contributing to their customized therapy programs.

Qualifications
Must currently have a valid RBT credential.
Ability to lift/carry more than 50 lbs.; perform necessary physical tasks such as running, crouching, squatting, kneeling, bending, and other movements required for therapy.
Communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and in writing.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
Background check and drug test required upon hire.
